5. Payment and Delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without stating any reason.
For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
7. Cases where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot be Exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
Products prepared according to the buyer's special requests
Products that have lost their resalable feature due to use
Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
Products not covered by the right of withdrawal as per legislation
8. Return and Refund
After it is determined that the returned product complies with the conditions, the product price is refunded within the legal period using the payment method used by the buyer.
9. Resolution of Disputes
In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the location of the Buyer or Seller are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
10. Approval
The buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Pre-Information Form electronically before completing their order.
